Sudachi Yellowtail

Sudachi yellowtail are fish that have been fed food mixed with the peel of Sudachi citrus produced in Tokushima Prefecture, and are perfect as sashimi, or for buri-shabu (yellowtail hot pot) and carpaccio. Their fat is not as rich as the typical farmed yellowtail and they do not have the fishy smell, making Sudachi yellowtail ideal for children who are not fans of fish.
