Naruto City will cooperate with Tokushima Prefecture Location Services (within the Tokushima Prefecture Tourism Association) and related organizations to fully support filmmakers in their filming inquiries.
Contents of photography support
1. Handling inquiries and consultations regarding photography in general
If you have any problems, please contact us first. We will provide full support according to the content of your inquiry, such as providing information on desired locations and facility managers, and introducing people.
2. Providing information about filming locations
We can introduce a wide variety of filming locations, including the famous Naruto whirlpools, as well as fishing and agriculture such as Naruto wakame and Naruto kintoki, cultural resources, and traditional crafts.
3. Location scouting
We can accompany you on location scouting if you request.
4. Providing information on cooperating businesses
Naruto City has a database of businesses in the city that can cooperate with filming, such as accommodation, location vehicles, lunches, equipment rentals, makeup, and security, making it possible to make smooth communication and coordination.
5. Providing information regarding various applications
We will investigate and answer any necessary permits and licenses (facility use, road use, etc.) required for filming.

6. Shooting
I will be present during the photo shoot if necessary.

Q1. Is there a fee for filming support?
A. It is free. However, the costs of filming, etc. must be borne by the producer.

A. We accept inquiries by phone or email from 8:30 to 17:15 on weekdays (excluding the New Year holidays). *Excluding attendance during photo shoots.

A. Except for city-owned and managed facilities, no permission to take photos is required from Naruto City. However, if you wish to fly or take photos with a drone within Naruto Park, please contact the Naruto Branch of the Nature Parks Foundation in advance.
